2026 Southwest Division 2 Girls Player of the Year and All District Teams
Carolyn Edmisten's dominant senior season at Georgetown high school has garnered her the 2025-26 Southwest District Division 2 Player of the Year award.
Edmisten was the only D2 bowler to maintain an overall average above 200 (206.63). Her ability to maintain this level across different environments is further proven by her conference average (203.1) and tournament average (198.44).
The University of Indianapolis signee demonstrated a habit of winning throughout the season. She reached the Top 5 in three different events. Carolyn earned 2nd Team All-Tournament Team honors at the Mariemont Classic in February.
The 4-time SBAAC conference Bowler of the Year excelled when the pressure was highest during the State tournament trail, finishing 1st at Sectionals, followed by a 3rd place showing at Districts, and concluding her high school career with an All-Ohio Honorable Mention at State (11th place).
